LAUDERDALE COUNTY, Miss. (Queen City Newsfeed) — The Lauderdale County Road and Bridge Department is conducting shoulder trimming and clipping along Allen Swamp Road today, Tuesday, Oct. 20, in preparation for an upcoming resurfacing project.
Crews will be trimming the shoulders and sides of the roadway as part of preparations for future improvements.
Motorists traveling on Allen Swamp Road are urged to slow down, exercise extreme caution and watch for heavy equipment in the work area.
The department thanked residents for their patience and understanding while crews complete the work.
