We begin registering cars, trucks, motorcycles, and tractors at seven, as the chitlins and baked beans are being cooked. We serve, boiled and fried chitlins or a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and baked beans. We begin serving at 11. We announce the winners of the car show at one, followed by an auction put on by Lane Taylor. These are some of the best cooked chitlins and pulled pork you’ll ever eat! Come out and make a day of it, enjoy the food, fun and fellowship.
