MERIDIAN, Miss. (Queen City Newsfeed) – The City of Meridian will host a free community movie night featuring Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas on Friday, Dec. 19, at the Frank Cochran Center.
The event begins at 6 p.m. and is open to all ages. Families are encouraged to wear pajamas and bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating. Free popcorn, drinks and holiday treats will be available, and several food trucks will be on site with items for purchase.
City officials said the event is part of the Parks and Recreation Department’s seasonal programming and is designed to offer a festive, family-friendly evening heading into the holiday week.
